Populations & Clinical Interests
Grace helps clients cope with the emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, and social challenges in their lives. She considers how their support networks, communities, and systems influence them. She approaches her work with curiosity and aims to guide clients gently through their healing process. Grace believes everyone has their own path to wellness, so she uses many methods in therapy, such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strength-based and solution-focused approaches, art therapy, nature-based activities, ACT, and other combined techniques. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered to take control of their life story.
