Why Work With Us?

BLND Health was founded in 2017 to provide the holistic, customized approach to clinical mental healthcare that we believe all people deserve. It started as a one-woman team, and today our team is made up of full-time therapists and several part-time therapists, graduate student interns, clinical fellows, wellness coaches, performance coaches, and community health partners—all with their own stories and expertise.

Our goal is to provide an excellent working environment and resources for clinicians, so they can focus on what they do best: providing exemplary care to clients. Here are some of the benefits BLND is proud to provide:

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with level of experience

  • Opportunity to acquire PTO, 401k, Benefits, Wellness Stipend, and bonus

  • A steady stream of client referrals with strong branding and marketing

  • An integrative, collaborative team of clinicians and partnerships

  • A built-in operations team to coordinate the client experience

  • An intake coordinator who answers calls and schedules intake appointments (so you can focus on your clients)

  • Four hours of scheduled supervision each month. Twice-per-month one on one supervision with approved supervisor and twice-per-month case consultation groups with the entire team (all disciplines)

  • Twice-per-month full staff meetings with BLND Core Leadership Team

  • Stipends for professional development and continuing education

  • Seriously flexible work culture you can fit to your work-life rhythm

We come from many different backgrounds, but we all have at least one thing in common: a desire to change the way we think about mental health and wellness. Each and every individual on our team has a willingness to think—and work—outside the box when it comes to treatment approaches, clinical case management, and overall healing. If that sounds like you, we warmly encourage you to apply.
