Offering play therapy to children and teens ages 4 through 13, as well as individual therapy for young adults and other individuals.
Play therapy sessions provide chances to move, paint, or play games while gently exploring emotions, behaviors, and feelings.
Open to working with couples across the lifespan and other relationships to explore dynamics and deepen their understanding of self with others.
Chelsea also offers opportunities for clients to engage in somatic and body‑based movement therapy to support mind‑body regulation.
Clinical focus areas include anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and depression.
