The social anxiety support group you've been looking for?
Yes, and…

Improv for anxiety just makes sense.
Did you know that improv games were created by social workers as a way to build communication and community? It's true!
In this limited improv group for social anxiety, we'll use improv games therapeutically to provide a safe opportunity for group members to work with their social anxiety, explore their own creative capacity. and develop supportive human connection.
The group is facilitated by professional therapists Caroline Hatfield LLMSW, Christian Smith LLMSW, and Kylee Crook (MSW Candidate '22) to provide the best possible support and healing space for even those of us with social anxiety to build their confidence.
We’re in the process of organizing this group, so if you’re interested in joining, please use the button below to join our waitlist. We’ll reach out when we’ve locked in a date, time, and location for the group.
